Does Nova replace my booking system?
No, Nova is not a reservation system. It sits alongside tools such as DesignMyNight, OpenTable or SevenRooms and focuses on the sales and marketing stack around them. Enquiries, campaigns, AI employees and Nova Sales CRM all work together to drive more of the right bookings into the systems you already use.
Can I start with one site and add more later?
Yes. Many groups start with one flagship site, refine their pipelines, automations and templates, then roll Nova out across the rest of the estate. The user limits and built in Listings and AI add ons on the Enterprise plan are designed with multi venue groups in mind.
How are AI employees trained on my brand?
AI employees are trained using your menus, event packs, brand guidelines and house rules. They are set strict guardrails so that they answer within your comfort zone and hand over to humans for anything complex. You decide what they can answer, what they cannot, and when to route to the team inbox or Nova Sales CRM.
What is included in onboarding?
Onboarding usually includes mapping your pipelines, setting up basic automations, connecting channels such as email and socials and configuring the core reports you want to see every week. If you add AI employees we also include a structured discovery to agree scripts, guardrails and test calls before you go live.
Can AI employees take deposits and payments?
Yes. Nova can connect to Stripe so AI employees generate secure payment links, take deposits and then trigger confirmation emails and texts once payment is received. Your team see the payment and booking details inside Nova and your existing booking system.
Do we still need separate tools for email and CRM?
Nova is designed so that most venues can retire separate email marketing and basic CRM tools. Campaigns, pipelines, automations, inbox and reporting all sit in one place so you spend less time jumping between systems and more time actually driving revenue.
